Timothy Birdsall (10 May 1936 in Cambridge, England – 10 June 1963[1]) was an English cartoonist.
Birdsall appeared on the BBC’s That Was The Week That Was. He was shown behind a glass panel improvising drawings on it with an ink-marker. While at Cambridge, he illustrated Granta. He also contributed to Private Eye, The Spectator, and The Sunday Times. After he died of leukaemia, aged 27, the BBC made a tribute programme.[2]
